Model CPF Pouring Forms, Supplemental Base Mounted Isolated Non-Seismic

The VMC Group CPF Pouring Forms, are concrete pouring forms that consist of a structural steel channel perimeter frame, reinforcing steel and equipment mounting template with anchor bolts. They come in predetermined lengths and widths. In lengths they are available from 16 up to 144 inches. In width they are available from 18 – 228 inches. The CPF Pouring Form design is for the isolator brackets to be offset with the perimeter frame. Mounting brackets and isolators are not included with this product and are sold separately.
